Numerical control vertical lathes have been applied in many industries, and these applications have made great contributions to modern industrial production. 1. When entering the control room, it is necessary to wear fitted work clothes and a work cap. The shirt should be tied into the pants, and the open sleeves should be tightly tied. Female students must have their long hair tucked into the cap; It is prohibited to wear slippers, high heels, sandals, skirts, shorts, and scarves to avoid burns.

2. Before starting the CNC lathe, check whether the chuck wrench has been removed and whether the machine tool speed lever is in the correct position.

3. Gloves are strictly prohibited during operation, and work clothes, collars, and cuffs must be fastened.

4. Do not touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts by hand or any other means.

5. During the operation of each mechanism of the machine tool, the handle must not be changed. If changing the position of the handle, it must be done after parking.

6. The tools used for clamping workpieces and adjusting cutting tools must not be placed on the machine tool guide rails.

7. It is prohibited to install and remove cutting tools while the spindle is rotating.

8. During the automatic machining process, it is prohibited to open the machine tool protective door.

9. Do not touch the blade tip and iron filings with your hands. Use a brush and hook to handle them.

10. During the manipulation period, it is prohibited to play around in the workplace.

11. When a certain task requires two or more people to complete, they must cooperate well with each other, and one person must be responsible for safety. Before driving, it is necessary to say hello to prevent accidents.

12. After the operation is completed, cut off the power supply, clean the iron filings on the surface of the workbench, and maintain the cleanliness of the site.
